What are the safety regulations regarding drone delivery services?
There are several regulations that should be followed like: FAA registering, insurance, autopilot AI inspection, air traffic control clearance, among several others. However, you don't need to worry about any of those. We will take care of all the legal procedings to deliver your products.
How quickly can drones deliver packages?
Overall, 99% of all the deliveries by our drones are completed in 90 minutes or less, this includes pick-up. Also our drones have a maximum air speed of 50km/h which makes them blazing fast.
What sizes of packages can be delivered with drones?
We have different types of drones. Our biggest ones are capable of delivering packages weighting up to 7kg and measuring no more than 100cm in each side.
What is the range of drone delivery services?
Our drones can fly up to 30km, for safety reasons, we delivery packages on a 10km radius around our warehaouses or pick-up points.
How Secure is Drone Delivery?
So far, with more than 10 thousand packages delivered, we had a 0% rate of drone failure, package misplacement, or any other issues during the pick-up and delivery process. On top of that, we offer full insurance and zero liability for our customers.
Are drones able to deliver items to remote locations?
Yes and no. We can deliver to remote locations, or places without any roads leading to them, as long as they are no more than 10km away from one of our warehouses.
How reliable is drone delivery?
It's by far the most reliable delivery service possible. You can actually watch the live feed of our package delivery from anywhere in the world. This video feed is encrypted and we automatically blurry faces and other private information.
